Romeo has never fit in with the other Clefaries. Instead of being the shy, meek Pokemon that they're known for, he has always been a vicious little ball of pink fury. When he runs away from his home at Mt. Moon, he gets captured by a giddy, novice trainer by the name of 'Puddles'. He grows bitter, and begins to loathe everything about her.

Puddles' naiveity has her trying out a sun stone to make Romeo evolve; But the stone obviously fails, and has a strange side-effect. Romeo finds that the sun stone has given him the ability to speak.

Now that he can consort with the humans, maybe his schemes to rule the world just might come true after all.

Ahhh, one of those cliche Pokemon VS human heart moments. x___X And hahah, Lucky can either be an ironic or a well suited name, depending on how you look at it. Yes, he lives to see the later chapters, if you were wondering. It's just a scratch, after all. Anyway, since I took so long to update, I'm gonna make up for it, and probably have the next one either tonight or tomorrow morning, so keep your eyes open. ;D

And yup! Past the 150 fan mark! I'm absolutely stunned! Next time I sit down to draw, I'll be to work on a thank you page, though nothing I can put on paper can thank you all enough. <33

I've never trained a Sandslash-- To be honest, I've never trained any of the Pokemon in this comic.... Well maybe Clefable... But whatever. xD

Speaking of sandslashes, i was replaying pokemon yellow and i actually trained a sandslash and its my tank pokemon. and i finally like a grass pokemon :)
