Romeo has never fit in with the other Clefaries. Instead of being the shy, meek Pokemon that they're known for, he has always been a vicious little ball of pink fury. When he runs away from his home at Mt. Moon, he gets captured by a giddy, novice trainer by the name of 'Puddles'. He grows bitter, and begins to loathe everything about her.

Puddles' naiveity has her trying out a sun stone to make Romeo evolve; But the stone obviously fails, and has a strange side-effect. Romeo finds that the sun stone has given him the ability to speak.

Now that he can consort with the humans, maybe his schemes to rule the world just might come true after all.

Back, using my grandma's retarded scanner, so today's page is a little weird and lazy again. :/

Anyway, so Romeo ended up using Overheat. I really did have trouble chosing, and my other choices I had on the back burner included Fissure, Hyper Beam, Focus Blast, and Double Edge.

In the end, I needed something that works with the plot, and though, obviously you don't know what I have planned, I think a reckless attack like this works best to catch the attention of Twinkle and Star.

Nope, I didn't forget about them! They're comin' back! <33

Hahah, sorry about my retarded-looking fire...and the Houndour isn't really lookin' her best today, either... -___-;

Erm, I thought Houndour's ability was Flash Fire..which means that fire attacks only power up its fire moves.. Wouldn't Roxy not get hurt by the fire?
