Romeo has never fit in with the other Clefaries. Instead of being the shy, meek Pokemon that they're known for, he has always been a vicious little ball of pink fury. When he runs away from his home at Mt. Moon, he gets captured by a giddy, novice trainer by the name of 'Puddles'. He grows bitter, and begins to loathe everything about her.

Puddles' naiveity has her trying out a sun stone to make Romeo evolve; But the stone obviously fails, and has a strange side-effect. Romeo finds that the sun stone has given him the ability to speak.

Now that he can consort with the humans, maybe his schemes to rule the world just might come true after all.

Third panel Rocket looks sorta young, sorry about that.

LMAO. Well, his metronome DOES have a tick, so yeah, it goes wrong alot. xD

My metronome experiences have never been that great either, my Pokemon fools around with useless moves until the LAST second, and then it pulls out something that KOs the foe right before it dies. xDD
